  1. How do I change my personal profile information or password?

    You must be logged into the website to change your personal profile information or password. Click on "My Account" (link in upper right corner of the site) and you will be taken to the My Profile page. Make the necessary changes and then be sure to click "Update" at the bottom of the form to save changes.

  2. I cannot remember the access codes I generated. What can I do?

    Simply login to your account. Click the Send The Course link in the blue header. In the Option 1: Generate Access Codes section, next to "Generate Code" click on "Your Generated Codes."  You will see a list of codes generated and how many courses to which they were assigned.

  3. I used the Send the Course Via Email option but I can't remember to whom I sent the course. What can I do?

    Login to your account and click on the "Send The Course" link in the blue header. Scroll down the page to Option 2: Send Access to a Single User Via Email. Next to "Send Via Email" click on "Your Sent Courses" and you will see a list of the courses you emailed.

  4. In my list of "Sent Courses" it shows NA and not the person's name to whom I sent the course. Why is this?

    In the list of Your Sent Courses, NA will appear until the person you sent the course to logins and updates his or her profile with his or her name.
